What is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)?

Any contractor or sub-contractor not listed in the official booth services guide (appointed to provide services such as display installation and dismantling, models, florists, photographers, audio visual firms, etc.) that will need access to your booth before, during, and after the show to assist with your exhibit.

  • Exhibitors must register each EAC through this online registration system

  • EAC must complete, sign and return theĀ PMA/EAC Contract and Wristband Request Form

  • EAC must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing proof of General Liability and Workers Comp coverage over all set-up, dismantle, and show dates as outlined in the EAC and Venue.
